Complaint

In the community store, we sell only new and original Products. We are responsible for the conformity of the Products with the provisions of the concluded contract that was valid at the time of delivery, and for defects discovered during the warranty period, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

If you believe that the purchased Product is of inadequate quality or you discover defects during the warranty period, you have the right to make claims in the manner and within the terms established by current legislation and these Rules.

You can submit a complaint as follows:
a) Contact the manager: send a message to community.shop.2025@gmail.com or call +380(75)6136212 to report a defect in the Product.
b) Provide a settlement document: a receipt or invoice confirming the purchase of the Product in our Store.
c) Obtain shipping details: you may be asked to send the Product to process the complaint. Be sure to clarify the current recipient's details and branch number with the manager before shipping.
d) Await the result: within 14 days (or another agreed period), you will receive information about the outcome of your complaint.
