Payment

1. Online payment by Visa/MasterCard credit and debit card.

2. "Nova Poshta" Cash on Delivery: Payment for goods upon receipt at the post office.

3. Payment upon receipt of goods at the "Nova Poshta" courier service branch.
Payment is made after a full inspection of the parcel contents for compliance with the order and absence of any damage. Please note that upon receiving the parcel at the carrier company's branch or from the courier and making payment, you sign an acceptance certificate, thereby confirming the inspection of the parcel for compliance with your order, and agree with the appearance of the goods, their completeness, and have no claims against the online store and the carrier company.

4. Cash: Cash payment at the pick-up point or to the courier after checking the goods.

Goods are paid for in cash only in the national currency.

You can pay for your order in cash upon receipt of the goods.

Upon payment, you will receive a receipt or an invoice.

Delivery Methods

Delivery time: 1-3 days (delivery cost from 100 UAH)

2. Courier Door-to-Door Delivery (Nova Poshta) across Ukraine
Delivery time: 1-3 days (delivery cost from 100 UAH)

3. "Pickup" Delivery - free of charge
Pick up your order yourself at our store at the address: Kyiv, Vasyl Lypkivskyi St., 16B

Upon arrival of the parcel at the postal operator's office, you will be additionally informed by SMS.

The vast majority of orders are dispatched on the same day if placed before 3:00 PM.

Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery time for most orders is 1 business day; in some cases, this period may be 2-3 days.
