Exchanges and returns

Community Return and Exchange Policy

Products purchased on the community website are subject to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection". The Buyer has the right to return or exchange purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Product Categories for Return

  1. Goods of inadequate quality: defective or having significant shortcomings that make its use impossible (due to the fault of the manufacturer or supplier).
  2. Goods of proper quality: did not fit in style, size, or color, provided that it has not been used, its marketable appearance, original packaging (bag, box), labels, and payment document are preserved.


Goods NOT Subject to Return

According to Ukrainian legislation, the following are not subject to return:

  • gloves
  • bodysuits, slips,
  • hosiery products;
  • aerosol products;
  • jewelry.

Note: according to the decision of the community store, jackets and coats with down-feather filling are allowed to be returned.


Who Pays for Shipping?

- Goods of proper quality: the cost of delivery services is paid by the buyer. In case of refusal of the goods, shipping costs are not reimbursed.
- Goods of inadequate quality: the store reimburses all delivery costs (courier visit or shipping by transport company). Exchange or return is free of charge if there is an "Act" drawn up at the post office at the time of defect detection.



RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE IN UKRAINE

You can return the goods via "Nova Poshta" branch within 14 days:

  • Contact the manager at +380(75)6136212 to inform about the intention to return and get up-to-date shipping details.
  • Fill out the return application and enclose it inside the parcel. This is important for identifying the payment and timely refund.
  • Pack the goods so as not to damage the original manufacturer's packaging during transportation.
  • Indicate the estimated value according to the product price.
  • "Reverse delivery" and "Cash on delivery" services must be canceled.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE AT THE STORE

You can make a return at the address: Kyiv, Tsytaelna St., 6/8
To process, you need to provide:

  • goods in their original form and manufacturer's packaging;
  • receipt and price tag;
  • completed return application.


Refunds

After receiving and checking the goods, the funds will be returned to the requisites from which the payment was made within 7 business days.
