PAYMENT

1. Online payment by Visa/MasterCard credit and debit card
2. Cash on delivery "Nova Poshta": Payment for the goods at the time of receipt at the post office
3. Payment upon receipt of the goods at the branch of the courier service "Nova Poshta". Payment is made after a full check of the parcel contents for compliance with the order and the absence of any damage.

Please note that when you receive the parcel at the carrier's branch or from the courier and make payment, you sign an acceptance certificate, thereby confirming that you have checked the parcel for compliance with your order, and you agree with the appearance of the goods, their completeness, and have no complaints against the online store and the carrier company.

4. Cash: Cash payment at the pick-up point or to the courier after checking the goods.
Goods are paid for in cash only in national currency. You can pay for your order in cash upon receipt of the goods.
Upon payment, you will receive a receipt or an expense invoice.

Upon arrival of the parcel at the post office, you will be additionally informed by SMS message.

The vast majority of orders are shipped on the day of ordering before 3:00 PM.
Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

The delivery time for most orders is 1 business day; in some cases, this period may be 2-3 days.

Products purchased on the Community website are subject to the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

The customer has the right to return or exchange purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Return categories:

Defective products:

Items that are faulty or have significant defects that make them unusable (due to the manufacturer or supplier).

Non-defective products:
Items that do not fit in terms of style, size, or color, provided that they have not been used and retain their original condition, packaging (bag or box), tags, and proof of purchase.

Items that are NOT eligible for return
According to Ukrainian law, the following items cannot be returned:

- gloves
- bodysuits, slips, hosiery and socks
- aerosol products
- jewelry

Note: According to Community store policy, jackets and coats with down or feather filling are eligible for return.
